Trained in France’s finest gastronomic institutions – from Georges Blanc, Christian letedole to Paul Bocuse – his journey led him from Lyon to London, St. Barts, the US and even Bahrain.

His expertise granted him access to the most exclusive circles, where he served as butler, personal assistant, and private estate manager for influential families and members of royalty.

Today, as co-founder of CAPRICE, he designs ultra-personalized, discreet concierge services where every desire becomes a whims, and excellence is tailored to each individual.

Caprice is also a cause close to his heart: supporting a charitable initiative for children with disabilities, led by his wife’s association. For Damien, true luxury also means creating a positive and meaningful impact.
